Conterminal Mail

Create quote drafts, save quote correspondence, add loads, or send selected Gmail and Outlook documents to Conterminal.

Process selected customer mail in Conterminal without downloading documents first. In Gmail or Outlook Web, choose an email and open Conterminal Mail. Scheduled appointment reads the complete selected conversation and its PDFs/images, then saves clear customer delivery or export pickup/loading confirmations on matching shipments. Changes, cancellations and uncertain details require review. Empty available records a customer report that an import container is empty and ready for collection. Clear current reports use the normal dispatch release rules, keeping the assigned driver. An overdue booked return may move to today. Future promises and withdrawals require review; the action does not record delivery, pickup or terminal return. Export and cartage requests written in the email enter Loads to enter with the selected load type. Attached Export Orders and Cartage Orders enter Document Review for confirmation. A carrier administrator checks the route, equipment and dates before adding a load. Quote request creates an internal draft and emails the initiating Conterminal user a draft link or a reason if processing fails. Quote correspondence preserves the selected original email and attachments with an existing customer quote; unmatched mail stays in review. Documents also supports import/delivery orders, proofs of delivery and other logistics documents. Original evidence and recorded changes remain in your Conterminal workspace. Re-reading a conversation resumes its saved results without duplicating changes. Conterminal never changes your mail, monitors your inbox or contacts the original requester automatically. An active Conterminal account is required.
