Overview
Dictate notes by voice from your toolbar. Notes stay on your device. By Blip AI, the dictation app for Mac, Windows and Linux.
Blip AI Voice Notes turns your voice into notes, right from Chrome's toolbar. Click the Blip AI icon, press the microphone and talk. Your words appear as you speak and are saved as you go. WHAT IT DOES • Dictate a note in one click, or type one • Spoken punctuation in English: say "comma", "period", "question mark", "new line" or "new paragraph" • Over 30 languages and accents, from English and Spanish to Hindi, Japanese and Arabic • Copy a note in one click and paste it into an email, a doc or a chat • No account needed PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your notes are stored only in Chrome on your computer. Nothing is sent to Blip. • Dictation uses Chrome's built-in speech recognition, so Chrome's speech service (run by Google) turns your voice into text. Blip never receives your audio. • One permission: storage, to keep your notes on your device. The extension can't read or change the pages you visit. • No ads, no analytics, no tracking. FIRST TIME Chrome asks once for the microphone. The extension opens a small tab for this: choose Allow, close the tab, and dictate from the toolbar. WANT TO DICTATE INTO ANY APP? Blip AI for Mac, Windows and Linux types polished text into any app: hold a key, speak, let go. It removes filler words and fixes punctuation.
