)Overview
Blinkee helps you build healthier screen habits by making regular eye breaks easy.
WHY IT MATTERS Staring at a screen for long stretches is one of the most common causes of digital eye strain: dryness, blurred vision, and headaches. Eye doctors commonly recommend the 20-20-20 rule — every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. TAKE A BREAK, LOOK AWAY • Pick how often you want a break: 5, 10, 20 (recommended), 40, or 60 minutes. • Pause, restart, or stop anytime. • Auto-mode to lets Blinkee cycle timer → eye-break → timer automatically, so you automate breaks during a long session. • Break audio plays a fun jingle to cue your 20-second break, without needing to watch the clock. • Don't use audio? Then Blink browser cues the start of your break instead. COMFORT MODE • Switch on Comfort Mode to apply a soft, warm-toned overlay across your browser tabs. It's designed to ease eye strain during long sessions. If you spend hours in front of a screen, Blinkee is a small, quiet companion for healthier eyes. What's new in 1.2.5: • Blink browser gives you a gentle visual cue when a break starts, ideal for sound-off browsing. • Auto-mode is now on by default and recommended, keeping your break cycle running by itself. • Control the volume of the audio cue
