SendSpark used to be great. Now it is so hit and miss whether it will record properly that you simply cannot rely on using it. I've had recurring issues on and off for 6+ weeks of an array of different types. Have sent multiple emails to their support email, but none have never been replied to, watched or even opened. Sendspark is the best of the best WHEN IT WORKS. When it doesn't it's so annoying. I really want to give it a 5-star review and will switch my review back to 5-star once they fix the following issue: I keep having issues with the screen recording feature. About a half a dozen times over the last two weeks I finish the recording and it never uploads the way that it should. Sendspark has been a gamechanger for my sales prospecting strategy, especially in my new role. I previously used Vidyard which is still a solid tool but Sendspark has been more impactful for me as it is quicker to use, smoother screen recording, and a more sales friendly feel to it.
