With a right-click, summon Slippy to scrutinize snippets for manipulative language, misleading framing, and sneaky rhetorical tactics. Importantly: He's got a keen eye for scoundrels and charlatans alike, but he can also spot a well-crafted piece of satire from a mile away! 🦉🦉 What Slippy Offers: Slippy's Scrutiny: Get an in-character, narrative assessment from Slippy, our haughty owl AI, on the text's likely intent. Deception Probability Meter: Slippy estimates the chance (0-100%) that the author is intentionally trying to mislead or manipulate you (if it's not just good old-fashioned humor, of course!). Slippy's Confidence Eggs: See how confident Slippy is in his assessment, rated on a scale of 1 to 5 eggs! 🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚 Key Observations: Slippy will point out specific phrases or tactics he finds particularly... noteworthy, explaining how they might be working their questionable magic. Satire Detection: Is that post genuinely outrageous, or is it a brilliant piece of satire? Slippy has a built-in comedy radar (though his own jokes are admittedly... dry). Universal Analysis: Works on any webpage! Simply select text, right-click, and choose " TF You Just Say?" from your context menu. Add Your OpenAI API Key: Right-click the TFDYJS extension icon (you might find it under the puzzle piece in your Chrome toolbar) and select "Options." Enter your own OpenAI API key. This key is stored locally and securely in your browser and is necessary for Slippy to perform his analyses. Analyze Selected Text: Highlight any text on any webpage, right-click on it, and select "🦉 TF You Just Say?" from the context menu. The TFDYJS popup will appear with Slippy's findings!
