DispatchTrack Order Assist shows the delivery status of an order from whatever system you are already working in — your order management system, your ERP, a supplier portal, an email — without switching tabs or re-typing an order number. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to DispatchTrack in the extension's side panel, or just keep a DispatchTrack tab open — the extension reuses that session. 2. Open a page that shows an order. The extension recognises the order number on the page and offers a lookup; on a list page it offers every order it found so you can pick one. 3. The side panel shows that order's DispatchTrack delivery status — the delivery window, driver and vehicle, customer details, items, and recent notifications — with a link through to the full order in DispatchTrack. You can also select any order number on any page and look it up directly from the selection. WHERE IT WORKS Order numbers are recognised out of the box on common order and fulfilment screens — order management systems, ERPs, supplier portals, ticketing tools and email. Recognition rules are maintained centrally by DispatchTrack and load automatically, so newly supported screens arrive without a new release. Where a page is not recognised, select the order number and look it up from the selection. WHAT YOU NEED A DispatchTrack account. The extension looks orders up against your own DispatchTrack instance, over your own session — it has no account system of its own and no data of its own. PRIVACY - The order number you look up is sent to your own DispatchTrack instance, and nowhere else. - Order details are displayed in the panel for you to read; they are not stored by the extension. - Your password is sent to your own DispatchTrack instance and nowhere else.
