ok we all do this, idly scroll fb when we have 'nothing to do...' alot of the time u dont even realize ur doing it, or u think abt all the things u can do that are productive and engaging and fun and good, so many hobbies and skills u can learn, u gotta just go do them, but bc it can be hard to remember this thing inserts fb 'content boxes' as u scroll along, w/ messages like 'go outside' and so on (u can customize this and also the frequency of the boxes). *blarfb*
