Ridiculous that this is not a build in feature in browsers, thank you hero for building this extension

since switching to Chromium, i've been trying to find a way to block Google Doodle or whatever that header above the search bar is called.. Google likes to send "woke" messages which i find abhorrent. this is the only solution i've found. thank you.

Removing bc a blank page must have a blank tab icon.

The "New Tab" shouldn't have a favicon. The rest is great.
