Black & White

I used to have this enabled with a custom background for my google hompage, then i updated the browser -_- now this doesn't seem to be the case. Does anyone know how to enable this and a background (not just the plain black)

please google make gray and black combination theme I know there are themes made by others but I only use officials made by Google

I know colours are lovely but for uninterrupted writing I prefer black and white.

Pretty sure I like the contrast, but a bit uncertain as to the proportionality... Perhaps it will grow on me, with Time.
