I'm currently using this theme for the Brave browser, and I love it. It is the only black theme that is well maintained and recently updated. Thank you to the developer for being consistent with every update.

The only true black theme that is consistent throughout the UI. Plus, it is being actively maintained to support new versions of Chromium browsers.
