It is clean and simple! Prior to installing this had trouble identifying active Chrome tab. Active tab being black is fine for me, though not what I expected.

Thank you for the extension. I like it very much. But I will like it better if the active tab is the white color, while all the inactive tabs is the black color.

Great! I would suggest using white to indicate the current working tab while black to the other opened tab.
