No hard-coded assumptions. Paid-link qualification — rel="sponsored" passes, nofollow alone is marked for review, and a link with neither is flagged clearly. External links — every other outbound link, listed as information (not false alarms), so nothing on the page escapes review. Honest by design. A short link (amzn.to) hides its tag inside the redirect — the Inspector labels it tag hidden, never falsely "no tag." If you choose Reveal tag, it warns that following the link registers one real affiliate click, requires a second confirmation press, then saves the result locally so that short URL is never followed twice by the extension.
