Overview

Join Amazon Orders, Settlement, Ads & COGS reports locally into one profit-by-SKU file and QuickBooks/Xero journal. No upload.

Amazon's own reports disagree with each other. Orders live in one file, fees and refunds in the settlement, ad spend in a third report, and your product costs in none of them. SkuSum joins them into one number you can actually trust — entirely on your machine. WHAT IT DOES • Drop your Orders (Business report), Settlement (Flat File V2), Advertising (Advertised Product) and COGS files — SkuSum detects each report automatically • Joins them by SKU into true profit per SKU: after Amazon fees, after ad spend, after your product cost • Flags every row that does not reconcile (order-only SKUs, settlement-only SKUs, missing COGS, unmapped fee types) — a clean-looking sheet never hides a silent gap • Categorizes every settlement line (referral, FBA, storage, refunds, reimbursements, reserve, disbursements) and shows what makes up your deposit • Exports a balanced, import-ready QuickBooks / Xero journal (a file you review and import yourself — export, not sync; no API access to your accounts) • Renameable journal account names to match your chart of accounts • Review bucket: a bookkeeper-style exception list with severity and suggested actions • Export everything: profit-by-SKU CSV/Excel, raw categorized settlement lines, journal CSV 100% LOCAL — THIS IS THE ARCHITECTURE, NOT A FEATURE Your reports never leave your machine. There is no upload, no server, no account, no Amazon login, no SP-API. The extension requests zero special permissions. Close the tab and everything is gone; export what you want to keep. WHO IT IS FOR Amazon FBA sellers who want to know which SKUs actually make money, and bookkeepers who reconcile Amazon settlements into QuickBooks or Xero and are tired of stitching reports in spreadsheets. WHAT IT IS NOT Not a dashboard, not a cloud service, not an API integration. SkuSum reads the report files you already download from Seller Central and gives you back one clean, verifiable file that is yours. Validated against real Amazon settlement files. Every number traces back to a settlement line you can open and check. Questions or a fee type we don't map yet? hello@skusum.com — we answer fast.
