Bitrix24 Open Channels Reorganizer

Reorganizes Bitrix24 Open Channels into one flat recency-sorted list with Active, Unanswered, and Finished status badges.

⚠️ BETA — v0.5 — Bugs are expected. Use with care. The default Bitrix24 Open Channels view splits conversations into separate Active, Unanswered, and Finished sections — each further divided by date. Chats jump between sections as their status changes, making it easy to lose track of recent conversations. This extension replaces that layout with a single, flat list sorted by most recent activity — just like a normal messaging app. WHAT CHANGES • All chats appear in one continuous list, ordered by most recent message first • A small color-coded dot on each avatar shows status at a glance: — Green → Active (in progress) — Red → Unanswered (needs a reply) — Grey → Finished (resolved) • Status and date section headers are hidden HOW IT WORKS The extension monitors the Open Channels panel and reorders it whenever Bitrix24 updates the view — including when new messages arrive in real time. KNOWN LIMITATIONS (beta) • The Unanswered status dot color has not been verified live yet — it may display incorrectly • Only tested on Bitrix24 cloud accounts. Self-hosted portals are not guaranteed to work • Bitrix24 UI updates may temporarily break the reorganization until the extension is patched PERMISSIONS • Access to *.bitrix24.* — required to restyle the Open Channels chat list. No other sites are accessed. No data is collected or transmitted. Bug reports and feedback are welcome. This is an early release — expect rough edges.
