Bitrix24 Comment Manager is a Chrome extension built for CRM sales teams. It adds a fast, streamlined comment workflow directly on top of Bitrix24 lead pages - no navigation required. Key features: - One-click comment creation: Type or use your voice to add a timeline comment to any CRM lead without leaving the page. - Edit and delete comments: Manage your comments from the popup, with inline edit and delete confirmation built in. - Smart lead detection: The extension automatically detects which lead you are viewing, including when Bitrix24 navigates between leads without a full page reload. - Session persistence: Your recently added comments remain accessible with Edit and Delete actions for the entire browser session. - Secure authentication: Connects to your Bitrix24 portal via OAuth2. All operations are routed through a secure backend with JWT authentication, per-agent rate limiting, and full audit logging. - Offline feedback: A clear banner alerts you when the backend is unreachable. This extension is intended for internal use by authorised agents on the bitrix24.com portal.
