Bitcall Webphone is a SIP softphone that lives in your Chrome side panel. Make and take calls from your browser while you work in your CRM, inbox or helpdesk. No desk phone, no desktop app. Sign in with your Bitcall line, or with any SIP account: enter your username, password and your provider's domain. The Bitcall gateway connects SIP servers that don't support WebRTC, so most PBXs and VoIP providers work as they are.
