Injects biomem memory into public LLM web interfaces.
Biomem gives supported LLM web apps access to a local-first memory engine running on your computer. The extension connects only to the Biomem loopback service on 127.0.0.1. It recalls relevant context when you submit a prompt and stores conversation summaries in your local Biomem database, helping useful context carry across sessions. Supported sites include ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity through optional, user-controlled site permissions.\n\nKey points: - No Biomem account, registration, API key, or provider login required - Memories and embeddings stay on your device\n• No telemetry, cloud sync, or remote Biomem service - Per-site access is optional and controlled by the user - Open source and MIT licensed Requires the local Biomem service to be installed and running.
