Bimmer Tracker checks your order automatically in the background every few minutes using your existing session. If your session expires, it quietly restores it; if you need to sign in again, the icon lets you know. Tip: enable Chrome's "Continue where you left off" (Settings → On startup) so tracking survives browser restarts. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything is stored locally in your browser. No account, no backend server, no analytics, no tracking. The extension talks only to BMW's own website — the same requests the site itself makes. Waiting for a build slot is hard enough.
