BillsClip captures payment details straight off an invoice on screen — like a snipping tool for paying bills. HOW IT WORKS • Snip: drag a box around the payment block on any invoice (or scan the whole visible page for PDFs, or paste the invoice text). Built-in OCR reads it instantly. • Save: biller code, reference, BSB, account name & number, ABN and remittance email are extracted into your supplier book, stored under your own description and nickname. • Fill: on your bank's payment page, click any field and pick the right value from a small menu at your cursor. No retyping, no copy-paste juggling. Understands both BPAY and direct credit (EFT) blocks on Australian invoices, including tricky table layouts, and auto-matches new invoices to suppliers you've already saved. PRIVATE BY DESIGN All OCR runs locally inside the extension — invoice images never leave your computer. Details are stored only in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted anywhere. BillsClip never auto-submits payments, never presses buttons on your bank's pages, and refuses to touch password fields. You always review and confirm every payment yourself. Personal-use tool.
