Billbook Quick Ledger is the toolbar companion for Billbook (billbook.me) cloud bookkeeping. When a receipt lands or a payment comes in, record it in a few seconds without switching tabs or opening the ledger. SWIPE THE COIN, ENTRY SAVED • Type an amount and pick a category, then swipe the coin up for an expense or down for income • Double-click the coin for pending mode: prepaid expenses and pending income • Description is optional; the current date and time are added automatically CATEGORIES IN SYNC WITH YOUR LEDGER • Categories come straight from your Billbook ledger, nothing to set up twice • Your last category is remembered, so back-to-back entries are quicker SAVES IN THE BACKGROUND • An open Billbook tab takes the entry quietly; if none is open, a background tab saves it and closes itself • The toolbar badge shows entries waiting to save, then ✓ once saved • If a category was deleted, Billbook comes to the front and asks you to choose one. It never guesses a category for you PRIVATE BY DESIGN The extension only runs on billbook.me. It does not read your browsing history or other websites, and it never asks for or stores your password.
