Sao lại giật giật

Hồi trước mình thích chỉnh sửa ảnh nên dùng Ribbet rất nhiều , sau 1 thời gian quay lại sao mọi thứ đều bị giật giật ko tài nào chỉnh đc ,tất cả mọi thứ từ Basic đến Retouch con trỏ chuột khi vào phần hình hầu như bị đứng nhấp một cái thì hiện lên và ko thể nào GIỮ để kéo chỉnh sửa theo ý mình đc mà cứ nhấp nhấp từng cái...Do máy tính của mình có vấn đề hay do Ribbet vậy ?

Program Won't Load

Ive had this program for almos 3 yrs. I even upgraded for premium. In the past yr I am lucky if I have used it a handful of times. I can never get the program the to work. I get the message to open another chrome page. I am very tired of this. I am paying for services I am not receiving. I have upgraded my internet services and I still cannot get the program. I see I am not the only one having this problem. I am the problem where either I want it fixed or I want to discontinue all together and get a refun in the last yr that I have paid for no services. Don't get me wrong, I love the program I just cant get it and get it consistently. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and still the same issues. Please get back to me on solving these issues. or again, I am going to uninstall and not use. You have my credit card numbers which I am charged yrly. If I a charged again this yr or not given a credit back I will go to the Better Business Beaurer. I hope it does not come down to this. I would rather a workng program than go through this. Thank you.

Saving Password

I would like Ribbet to save my login info so that I don't have to keep signing in each time I clear my cache. I have this option checked in chrome's settings. Ribbet is not listed in the sites that I chose to never remember my password, therefore I can't use that option to fix problem. There is no "key" for me to click anywhere. Any suggestions?

shockwave keeps crashing

As of 1/18/17, I can no longer use Ribbet. Every time I try to upload a photo, I get notification that shockwave isn't responding and the entire system freezes. What do I do? (Mac / Chrome)
