Ticket Assistant is the side panel built for technical support and helpdesk teams. Keep your reply templates, team contacts, solution guides and ticket forms one click away, without ever leaving the ticket you are working on. Open it next to your ticketing tool, click, paste. That's the whole workflow. 📋 TEXT SECTIONS Categories of ready-made entries you copy with one click: recurring replies, closing phrases, status updates, standard wording. Every copy is counted, so the entries you use most rise to the top on their own — or pin your favorites to keep them first. Arrange them by hand whenever you prefer your own order. 🧩 TICKET FORMS Write a text once with {{placeholders}} — {{name}}, {{ticket}}, {{agent}} — and the app collects the fields on its own and puts them in a bar at the top of the section. Fill them in once and every entry in that section is ready: the preview shows the finished text and Copy hands it over complete. A field you leave empty stays visible as {{field}} in the copied text, so a half-finished reply is impossible to miss. Clear empties the fields for the next ticket. 👤 CONTACT DIRECTORY Name, phone, email, department and notes for each contact, with every field copyable on its own. Paste a list of names and numbers — from a spreadsheet, an email, wherever — and the contacts are created in one go. 📝 PROCEDURES AND GUIDES Document a problem and its solution in structured fields, with images attached. Click a solution to open it in a full-screen reader: right for step-by-step procedures and standard operating procedures. 🔄 SHARED SECTIONS Publish a JSON file at a reachable address, keep it on a shared drive, or point the extension at a folder so the procedures and their images travel together. Everyone who adds that source receives those sections and they update on their own. Shared sections stay read-only, so nobody breaks the shared wording by accident — and "Make it mine" detaches a section the moment someone needs their own version. Pins, usage counters and position stay yours through every update. No server to run and no account to create. ✍️ EDIT TOGETHER Every installation has its own code. Put a colleague's code in the feed's editor list and they can open the padlock on that source, edit the sections and publish them back to the same file, keeping the identifiers so nobody loses their pins. Automatic updates pause while the source is unlocked, and the app checks the file has not changed underneath before writing. Your code can travel in your configuration backup — sealed, not in clear text — so a reinstall does not cost you your editing rights. 🔐 ENCRYPTED FEEDS A shared feed can be written inside an encrypted envelope: AES-GCM 256 with the key derived from your password (PBKDF2-SHA256). Open the file in a text editor and there is nothing to read — no contacts, no numbers, not even the section names. A tampered file fails to open instead of producing wrong data. Passwords are never included in an export. 🗂 MULTIPLE TABS Up to five independent tabs, each with its own categories, to keep contexts apart. Rename them, reorder them, export and import them one at a time or all together. 🎨 FIVE THEMES Classic, Compact, Light, Soft and Terminal, plus your own background color. Compact fits noticeably more entries on screen — useful when a category holds hundreds of them. ⚙️ FULL CONFIGURATION IN ONE FILE Export tabs, settings, theme and synced sources into a single file and hand it to a colleague: they import it and start with your exact setup. One importer recognises the format by itself — a full backup, a single tab, a bare list of sections or a feed — always with a preview and a choice between Replace and Add before anything changes. 🔍 SEARCH A search bar for the longer categories, filtering as you type across names and contents. 📖 BUILT-IN GUIDE A "Guide and what's new" page inside the extension: every feature, the most common problems with their fix, and the changelog. It works offline. 🌍 TEN LANGUAGES English, Italiano, Français, Deutsch, Español, Português, Nederlands, Polski, Svenska, Română. 🔒 YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account, no sign-in, no analytics. Everything lives in your browser's local storage. The extension connects to the internet only to read the sources you add yourself, and it asks for permission for that specific domain at the moment you add it — nothing else. Il flusso è tutto qui. 📋 SEZIONI DI TESTO Categorie di voci pronte da copiare in un clic: risposte ricorrenti, frasi di chiusura, aggiornamenti di stato, comunicazioni standard. Ogni copia viene contata, così le voci che usi di più salgono da sole in cima — oppure fissi i preferiti per tenerli sempre per primi. Se preferisci un ordine tuo, le sistemi a mano. 🧩 MODULI PER I TICKET Scrivi il testo una volta con i segnaposto {{nome}}, {{ticket}}, {{tecnico}}: l'app ricava i campi da sola e li mette in una barra in cima alla sezione. Li compili una volta e tutte le voci di quella sezione sono pronte: l'anteprima mostra il testo finito e Copia lo consegna completo. Un campo lasciato vuoto resta visibile come {{campo}} nel testo copiato, così una risposta a metà non passa inosservata. Pulisci azzera i campi per il ticket successivo. 👤 RUBRICA CONTATTI Nome, telefono, email, reparto e note per ogni contatto, con ogni campo copiabile singolarmente. Incolli un elenco di nomi e numeri — da un foglio di calcolo, da una mail, da dove capita — e i contatti vengono creati in un colpo solo. 📝 PROCEDURE E GUIDE Documenti problema e soluzione in campi strutturati, con immagini allegate. Clicchi sulla soluzione e si apre in un lettore a schermo intero: comodo per le procedure passo passo e le istruzioni operative. 🔄 SEZIONI CONDIVISE Pubblichi un file JSON a un indirizzo raggiungibile, lo tieni su una cartella di rete, oppure indichi all'estensione una cartella intera così che le procedure e le loro immagini viaggino insieme. Chiunque aggiunga quella sorgente riceve quelle sezioni e se le vede aggiornare da sole. Le sezioni condivise restano in sola lettura, così nessuno modifica per sbaglio il testo comune — e con «Rendi mia» chi ha bisogno della propria versione la stacca in un momento. Preferiti, contatori e posizione restano tuoi a ogni aggiornamento. Nessun server da gestire, nessun account da creare. ✍️ MODIFICA A PIÙ MANI Ogni installazione ha il suo codice. Metti il codice di un collega nell'elenco degli editor del feed e lui può aprire il lucchetto su quella sorgente, modificare le sezioni e ripubblicarle sullo stesso file, mantenendo gli identificativi così nessuno perde i preferiti. Mentre la sorgente è sbloccata gli aggiornamenti automatici si fermano, e prima di scrivere l'app controlla che il file non sia cambiato nel frattempo. Il tuo codice può viaggiare dentro il backup della configurazione — sigillato, non in chiaro — così una reinstallazione non ti costa i permessi di modifica. 🔐 FEED CIFRATI Un feed condiviso può essere scritto dentro una busta cifrata: AES-GCM 256 con la chiave derivata dalla tua password (PBKDF2-SHA256). Aprendo il file con un editor di testo non si legge niente: né i contatti, né i numeri, nemmeno i nomi delle sezioni. Un file manomesso non si apre, invece di produrre dati sbagliati. Le password non finiscono mai in un export. 🗂 TAB MULTIPLE Fino a cinque tab indipendenti, ognuna con le proprie categorie, per tenere separati i contesti. Le rinomini, ne cambi l'ordine, le esporti e importi singolarmente o tutte insieme. 🎨 CINQUE TEMI Classico, Compatto, Chiaro, Morbido e Terminale, più il colore di sfondo che scegli tu. Il tema Compatto fa entrare parecchie voci in più nella stessa schermata: utile quando una categoria ne contiene centinaia. ⚙️ TUTTA LA CONFIGURAZIONE IN UN FILE Esporti tab, impostazioni, tema e sorgenti sincronizzate in un unico file e lo passi a un collega: lui lo importa e parte con la tua stessa configurazione. Un solo import riconosce da sé il formato — backup completo, singola tab, elenco nudo di sezioni o feed — sempre con anteprima e scelta fra Sostituisci e Aggiungi prima che cambi qualcosa. 🔍 RICERCA Barra di ricerca per le categorie più lunghe, che filtra mentre scrivi su nomi e contenuti. 📖 GUIDA INTEGRATA Nel menu c'è «Guida e novità»: una pagina dentro l'estensione con tutte le funzioni, i problemi più comuni con la relativa soluzione e il changelog. Funziona anche offline. 🌍 DIECI LINGUE English, Italiano, Français, Deutsch, Español, Português, Nederlands, Polski, Svenska, Română. 🔒 I TUOI DATI RESTANO TUOI Nessun account, nessun login, nessuna analitica. Tutto resta nella memoria locale del browser. L'estensione si collega a internet solo per leggere le sorgenti che aggiungi tu, e il permesso per quel dominio te lo chiede nel momento in cui la aggiungi. Nient'altro.
