MakuWave is a Chrome extension that overlays YouTube Live chat and chat replay comments directly on the video. Enjoy the excitement of live streams and the feeling of watching together during replays, with a strong focus on readability and customization. You can adjust comment speed, text size, color, opacity, position, and font to create a viewing style that works for you. MakuWave also supports author names, profile icons, and member badges. Comments from viewers, members, moderators, and streamers can be displayed differently, making it easy to see who is speaking at a glance. Special events such as Super Chats, new memberships, membership gifts, and milestones can be displayed as dedicated cards instead of regular comments. For busy streams, role-based filters and automatic comment thinning help prevent the video from becoming overcrowded. You can also hide comments from specific users with the blocked-user feature. In addition to the standard display style, MakuWave includes effects such as metallic, rainbow, and gaming-style visuals.
