Tab Muster
Overview
Automatically groups your tabs by website so your tab strip stays tidy.
Tab Muster watches your open tabs and quietly folds same-site tabs into a single named, colored group — the moment a second tab from a site shows up, both tabs merge into a group labeled with that site's name. Open the group and its tabs appear where the rest of your tabs are; collapse it again and they tuck back out of the way. No configuration needed to get started, though Settings let you adjust: • How many tabs from a site trigger grouping (default: 2) • Whether new groups start collapsed • Grouping by root domain (docs.google.com and mail.google.com become one "google.com" group) or by exact subdomain • A list of sites to never auto-group Tab Muster never fights you — if you manually pull a tab out of a group, it stays out until you send it to a different site. Everything runs locally in your browser. Tab Muster has no server, no analytics, and sends no data anywhere. See the privacy policy for details.
