BigCommerce CS Insights adds fast, in-admin order insights for customer service teams. Hover any order number to see a rich tooltip with revenue, cost, profit, margin, and line‑items—without leaving the page. Fixed‑position, scrollable tooltip (no jitter) with click‑away close Pin/Unpin to keep it open; drag header to reposition (saves location) Copy order summary to clipboard Cost resolution: uses order‑line or catalog cost; estimates only if missing Highlight “(est)” costs and set per‑item cost; optionally write cost to BigCommerce Customer overview and LTV on customer pages Setup (2 minutes) 1) In BigCommerce, create an API account (Orders/Customers read, Products read; Products write if using “Set cost to BigCommerce”). 2) Install the extension and paste your Store Hash and Access Token in the popup. 3) Open a customer page with orders and hover an order number.
