Fill job applications faster using information already saved in your Big Talent profile. Big Talent - Job Applications is a companion extension for users whose organization provides access to Big Talent. When you choose Autofill on a job application page, the extension identifies supported form fields, matches them with information from your Big Talent profile and resume, and fills those fields for you. You remain in control. Review and edit every value before submitting the application. The extension never submits a job application on your behalf. FEATURES • Fill common application fields from your Big Talent profile. • Attach the resume stored in your Big Talent account. • Work with application forms embedded in supported applicant-tracking-system frames. • Save answers entered for custom application questions to your Big Talent profile for reuse. • When an application is opened from the Big Talent dashboard, detect completion signals and offer to mark it as applied and return to the dashboard. A Big Talent account with the browser-extension feature enabled is required. DATA AND PRIVACY When you initiate Autofill, the extension sends the application page URL, page title, and form-field metadata—such as labels, question text, input types, and available choices—to Big Interview’s secure service to determine how fields should be mapped. The extension retrieves profile and resume information from your Big Talent account to fill the application. Answers you enter for custom application questions may be sent to Big Interview and saved to your profile for future applications. Depending on the application, these answers can include personal, location, compensation, demographic, or health-related information. Your login credentials are transmitted securely to Big Interview for authentication. Your password is not stored by the extension. An authentication token, email address, and operational state are stored in Chrome extension storage. For applications opened from the Big Talent dashboard, the extension may inspect submission and completion signals during that application journey so it can offer to mark the application as applied and return you to the dashboard. The extension does not sell user data, use it for advertising, include third-party advertising trackers, or execute remotely hosted code.
