SECSift
Overview
Latest SEC filings for cashtags on Twitter/X, Substack, and Stocktwits. Ask AI about SEC filings, get alerts, and search EDGAR.
See the latest SEC filings for cashtags on Twitter/X, Substack, and Stocktwits. Jump to SECSift filings from EDGAR. Ask AI about SEC filings, receive filing alerts, run global EDGAR searches, and more! The official extension for SECSift. On Twitter/X and Substack: - Every post with a cashtag, like $AAPL, gets a pill under its text that reads "AAPL: 10-Q". Select the pill to open the company's latest annual or quarterly report on SECSift. - The arrow beside the pill lists the latest annual report, quarterly report, current report, and proxy, each with its date, then a link to all of the company's filings. - A cashtag that is not an SEC filer, such as most crypto, gets no pill. On Stocktwits: - See the latest SEC filings for up to 12 companies on any Stocktwits page. The list updates automatically as you scroll down the page. On EDGAR: - A filing: A gold button, like "Open 10-Q", opens that exact filing on SECSift. The button shows on the filing's document, index page, and inline XBRL viewer. - A company page: The same button reads "Open AAPL" and opens the company on SECSift. - Lists of filings: The company filing list, the latest-filings feed, and full-text search give each filing a small SECSift mark that opens the filing. Search SEC EDGAR anywhere: - Type in the search box at the top of the extension, with the same quotes, OR, AND, NOT, and minus as SECSift's global filings search, and optionally match word variations. The search opens on SECSift, where you can narrow the results by form, date, company, and more. - Or select text on any page, right-click, and choose Search SECSift. Connect your SECSift account: Select Connect SECSift in the extension, then select Connect on the SECSift page that opens. There's no password to type into the extension. Connecting adds: - Ask a filing: SECSift's AI filing chat in Chrome's side panel, beside any page. Answers link to the exact passage, and the conversations sync to SECSift. The panel also shows the companies a Twitter/X, Substack, or Stocktwits page names, and your recently viewed filings. - Favorites: A star beside the gold button on EDGAR adds the filing to your SECSift favorites. - Alerts: Your unread count on the toolbar icon, and your alerts in the extension, each marked Company, Owner, Keyword, or Screen. Select an alert to open the filing. Search, favorites, and the chat require a free SECSift account. The AI chat uses your SECSift credits (free accounts are granted a limited amount of free credits). Alerts require an Analyst or Pro plan. Other Settings: - You can choose whether links open in a new tab. - You can switch the extension between light and dark mode. Privacy: Company and filing data come straight from the SEC's public files. Without an account, the extension sends SECSift nothing until you open a link. With your SECSift account connected, the extension sends SECSift only what your account features need, such as your alerts, favorites, and ask AI a filing questions. Connecting creates a private key in your browser, and SECSift stores only a scrambled fingerprint of that key, never the key itself. Learn more at https://secsift.com
