Bidorix LTM Works BOQ AutoFill – Bidder is a productivity extension designed for bidders participating in Bangladesh e-GP LTM (Lottery Tender Method) Works tenders. The extension detects supported calculation dropdowns in the LTM Works Priced Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and allows the bidder to change all eligible pending selections to “Yes” with one click. After the selections are updated, the Bangladesh e-GP System performs its own built-in calculations for the related pricing and amount fields. The extension does not calculate prices or amounts. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a supported Bangladesh e-GP Bidder LTM Works BOQ page. 2. The extension detects the supported BOQ calculation dropdowns. 3. Open the extension popup and review: • Total detected dropdowns • Already selected “Yes” dropdowns • Pending dropdowns 4. Click “Select All Yes”. 5. The extension changes eligible pending dropdowns to “Yes”. 6. The Bangladesh e-GP System performs its normal built-in calculations. 7. Review all calculated values carefully. 8. Use the e-GP System’s Save, Sign, or Submit functions manually as required. WHAT THE e-GP SYSTEM CALCULATES After the required “Yes” selections are made, the Bangladesh e-GP System may calculate or display the related fields, including: • Unit Rate / Price • Unit Rate / Price in Words • Amount • Amount in Words • Related Grand Total information IMPORTANT: Bidorix LTM Works BOQ AutoFill does not perform these financial calculations. All related calculations are performed by the Bangladesh e-GP System using its existing functionality.
