GOODS BOQ AutoFill for Bidder Capture supported Bangladesh e-GP Goods BOQ data to Excel, complete bidder-required fields offline, and autofill the supported fields back into the e-GP BOQ form. GOODS BOQ AutoFill for Bidder is a productivity extension developed by Bidorix to reduce repetitive data entry for bidders participating in supported Goods tenders in the Bangladesh e-GP System. The extension helps bidders capture existing BOQ information from a supported e-GP Goods Price Schedule into a structured Excel file. The bidder can then complete the required editable information in Excel and import the completed file back into the extension to autofill the corresponding supported BOQ fields. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a supported Bangladesh e-GP Goods BOQ/Price Schedule page. 2. Open the extension and verify that the supported form has been detected. 3. Capture the BOQ data using the extension. 4. Export the captured records to Excel. 5. Complete the bidder-required fields in the Excel file. 6. Import the completed Excel file back into the extension. 7. Review the validation and record-matching results. 8. Start AutoFill to populate the supported bidder-editable fields. 9. Review all populated and e-GP-calculated values carefully. 10. Save, sign, or submit the tender manually through the Bangladesh e-GP System. DATA CAPTURED FROM THE e-GP FORM Depending on the supported Goods BOQ format, the extension captures information such as: • Item No. • Description of Item • Unit of Measurement • Quantity of Units Required • Point of Delivery as per Schedule of Requirement • Delivery Period Offered as per Schedule of Requirement These captured values are used to help identify and match the correct BOQ records during the Excel import and AutoFill process. BIDDER FIELDS SUPPORTED FOR AUTOFILL The bidder completes the supported editable fields in the exported Excel file, including: • Country of Origin and Manufacturing • Unit Price in Figure (BDT) After the completed Excel file is imported, the extension matches the records with the detected e-GP BOQ rows and autofills the corresponding supported fields. e-GP CALCULATED FIELDS Where supported by the e-GP form, related values such as: • Unit Price in Words (BDT) • Total Price in Figure (BDT) • Total Price in Words (BDT) are calculated or populated through the Bangladesh e-GP System's existing form behavior. The extension does not replace or independently perform the e-GP System's built-in financial calculations.
