Bible.com Reader Modes adds comfortable reading themes to Bible.com so you can read longer with less eye strain. Features 4 reading modes Original: no changes Dark: dark mode for low-light reading Grey (Dim): reduces harsh white glare while keeping a light theme Warm: sepia/paper-like look for comfortable long reading sessions Brightness & Contrast controls Adjust overall page brightness and contrast in Dark / Grey / Warm modes Helps you fine-tune readability for your room lighting and screen Quick toggle Use the extension toolbar button to enable/disable instantly Per-browser saved settings Your selected mode and slider values are saved automatically Privacy No accounts. No tracking. No analytics. The extension does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. Settings are stored locally in your browser (Chrome/Edge storage). Permissions explained Storage: saves your mode/brightness/contrast preferences. Site access (bible.com): applies the selected reading mode only on Bible.com pages.
