Search your Seerr library and request movies and TV shows directly from your browser.

Search and request movies and TV shows on your personal Seerr (fka Overseerr / Jellyseerr) instance without leaving your current tab. Whether reading a movie review, watching a trailer, or browsing entertainment news, Seerr Search connects your browser directly to your home media server. KEY FEATURES • Native Toolbar Popup: Click the extension icon to instantly search your Seerr library, view posters, check if media is already available, and request new titles. • Omnibox Search: Type "seerr" followed by a space in Chrome's address bar to jump straight into a search on your Seerr instance. • Quick Right-Click Search: Highlight any movie or show title on any website, right-click, and select "Search Seerr" to open results in a new tab. • In-Page Request Dialog: Highlight text and choose "Request on Seerr" (or use the optional floating selection button) to inspect matching results, view existing library status, and submit requests without opening a new tab. • Full TV Season Management: Choose specific individual seasons, multiple seasons, or all seasons. Seasons already in your library are automatically recognized and protected. • Direct Web Links: Quick-access buttons open your media directly in your Seerr web dashboard. HOW TO USE IT 1. Click the Seerr Search extension icon and open Settings (or right-click and choose Options). 2. Enter your Seerr, Overseerr, or Jellyseerr server URL and paste your API key (found in Seerr → Settings → General). 3. Save settings to verify the connection. 4. Search anytime using the toolbar icon, the address bar ("seerr <title>"), or by right-clicking highlighted text. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Seerr Search contains zero trackers, zero analytics, and zero advertising.
