Planning a first supplement run? Supplement Batch Planner does the batch math and gives you a brief you can paste straight into a manufacturer's quote form. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick Stock or Custom. Makers quote these differently: stock formulas per finished unit, custom formulas often in pieces. 2. Pick a format: capsules, tablets, gummies, softgels, powders, liquids, or stick packs. Each suggests a typical servings-per-unit count that you can edit. 3. Enter your run: active amount per serving, servings per unit, units in run (finished packaged units), overage %, and optionally potency % and raw price per kg. 4. Get the numbers: active raw material needed in kg, material per finished unit, active content for the run, and an estimated raw-material cost. 5. Copy the RFQ brief: your spec, run size, material, and cost, plus five questions to ask the maker. ALSO INCLUDED - Reverse calculator: enter the raw stock you have to see how many finished units it makes and how much is left over. - Automatic unit conversion (mg, g, kg, mcg). - Optional potency: if left blank, the tool says it assumed 100% rather than hiding the assumption. - Your last inputs are remembered on your device.
