Scrolling on one set page

Only a piece of the extension comes up when you click on it. Can you tell me if this will allow for scrolling up/down on one page- meaning..I am trying to keep one page awake and open by scrolling up and down for work purposes. Thanks.

Setting Issues

When I open the extension i can only see about a half an inch on my screen, so I can't click on any arrows that that scroll the site, I saw that this was an issue with another person as well

it wont fully open up to do the settings

When I open the extension i can only see about a half an inch on my screen, Im not sure if this is a chrome problem or an app problem
