BeyondRealm — D&D Beyond for Realm VTT

Sends your D&D Beyond rolls, spells, items, HP, conditions and initiative from Beyond20 into Realm VTT.

BeyondRealm connects D&D Beyond to your Realm VTT campaign in two ways: it bridges your rolls live, and it imports content — spells, items, feats, species, backgrounds, classes, and monsters — straight into a campaign you choose. 1. Roll Bridge Click any roll on D&D Beyond and it appears natively in Realm VTT with 3D dice, posts the chat card, and runs your ruleset's automation. Attacks & typed damage, ability/skill checks, saving throws (Constitution recognized as Concentration), initiative, hit dice, death saves, and full spell cards (with buttons to roll attacks, prompt saves at the spell DC, roll damage, and apply Concentration). Digital Dice results carry through exactly. Works alongside the official Beyond20 extension. 2. Content Import (2024 Rules Only) Browse a spell, item, feat, species, background, class, or monster on D&D Beyond and send it into Realm VTT as a proper, ready-to-use record — one click, or in bulk from a list page. Spells, items (weapons/armor/magic items/potions), feats, species, and backgrounds Whole classes plus all their subclasses, with level-by-level features and spellcasting Monsters → NPCs from both 2024 and legacy 2014 statblocks (actions, legendary actions, traits, gear, spellcasting) A monster's spells and gear are matched to records already in your campaign (or fetched and created) "Send all" bulk import on list/source pages, with progress and cancel Setup — Roll Bridge Install Beyond20 (the engine that reads your D&D Beyond sheet) and BeyondRealm (the bridge). In Beyond20's extension options (chrome://extensions → Beyond20 → Details → Extension options) → Advanced Options → Custom Domains, add: https://play.realmvtt.com/* — press Apply and allow the permission prompt. Hard-refresh your Realm tab, sign in, and open your campaign. Open your character on D&D Beyond and roll. Setup — Content Import (2024 Rules Only) Click the BeyondRealm toolbar icon to open its options. Enter your campaign's invite code, click Validate campaign, optionally set a Category / "share with players" / Overwrite, and Save. Sign in to Realm VTT in the same browser (no Realm tab needs to stay open). On any supported D&D Beyond page, click Send to Realm VTT — or Send all N… on a list page. Records are created locked under your category, ready to use. Re-imports skip existing records by default (or update them with Overwrite, preserving your portrait/token and customized features). Supported D&D Beyond pages currently are individual listings for things such as Spells, Items, Feats, Classes, etc., or the full listings from the Core 2024 rulebooks. Additional 2024 supplements may not work properly and may not have automation.
