Schedule WhatsApp Web messages, pick the best time, and keep track of everything in one place. BetterZap also organizes your clients in a pipeline and reminds you to pick each conversation back up. Made for small businesses: clinics, salons, resellers, freelancers, and anyone who serves clients on WhatsApp. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Schedule messages: choose the contact, write the message, and set the day and time. Quick shortcuts: in 1 hour, tomorrow at 9 AM, or Monday at 9 AM. • Personalize with {name}: the contact's first name is added to the message automatically. • Use templates: save the messages you repeat and reuse them whenever you need. • Track what happened: see what is scheduled, what was sent, and what needs your attention, with a history for each message. • Organize clients in a pipeline: drag contacts between stages (New, In conversation, Client, Follow-up) and set up the columns your way. • Remember to follow up: set the next contact date and see the day's follow-ups on the home screen. • Bring your contacts together: BetterZap reads your contacts from WhatsApp Web open in your browser, and you can add notes to each one. • Open your panel from the toolbar icon or the button in the WhatsApp Web header. It opens on betterzap.app, in the Chrome where the extension is installed. • Use it in light or dark theme, in Portuguese or English. DESIGNED NOT TO SEND DUPLICATES BetterZap sends one message at a time, through a single WhatsApp Web tab, and records each attempt before sending. If something goes wrong mid-send and there is no way to be sure the message went out, the app does not resend on its own: it shows "Check WhatsApp" and only resends if you approve. Messages that are past their scheduled time also wait for your approval. There is an interval between sends, and each batch has at most 50 messages. PLANS Free: up to 20 messages a day. With a subscription, weekly or monthly, there is no daily limit. You can try it free for 7 days with no card. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Contacts, messages, and notes are stored only in your browser. BetterZap does not send this data to our servers. To use a subscription you sign in with your email or Google, and our server keeps only your email and subscription. You can export your contacts and messages, and erase everything by uninstalling the extension. IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE USING • BetterZap sends through WhatsApp Web, using your browser. It only sends while Chrome is open and WhatsApp Web is connected. If your computer is off or Chrome is closed, nothing is sent. In the hours before a send, BetterZap keeps the computer from going to sleep by itself, but don't count on this with the lid closed. When a message is due, it opens WhatsApp Web on its own if the tab is closed. • It does not use the official WhatsApp API. WhatsApp prohibits automation and may restrict accounts. There is a risk to your number, and the interval between sends and the limits do not eliminate that risk.
