Keyboard shortcuts for Twitch chat/player focus and controls.

Better keyboard shortcuts for the Twitch Chat/Player. Works nicely with 7tv. The player is focused immediately, allowing you to easily pause/play, and jump to chat just by pressing "c" on your keyboard. It also supports up and down for volume controls, left and right to seek, "l" to jump to live. Makes the experience way more usable than the default commands that Twitch decided to neglect.
