Make Kick chat feel like yours. BetterKick adds third-party emotes, lets you quiet distracting messages, and remembers how you like to watch. Free to use, with no BetterKick account required. FIND YOUR EMOTES See channel and global 7TV emotes, plus global BetterTTV and FrankerFaceZ emotes in chat. Search the picker, save favorites, revisit recent emotes, or complete names with Tab. Choose animated or static emotes. QUIET THE NOISE Mute words or users. Highlight the people and phrases you care about. Add timestamps, compact spacing, optional attention sounds, and pause chat when you want to catch up. WATCH YOUR WAY Remember channel volume, resume VODs, and choose a preferred quality when Kick makes it available. Use theatre mode, scroll volume, J/L to seek, P for Picture-in-Picture, and K to return live. Shortcuts work when you are not typing; playback features depend on the video and browser. SETTLE IN FASTER Choose an Everyday, Focus or Lightweight viewing preset, find controls with settings search, and adjust emotes, compact chat or theatre mode from the popup. Undo a preset or restore your settings backup. CHECK AND RECOVER Use Check this tab to see whether BetterKick has connected to chat and found the player and emotes. Reload a tab after an update, or pause BetterKick on one channel while keeping your preferences. GET STARTED Install BetterKick, open a stream on kick.com, and refresh any Kick tabs that were already open. Use the extension icon to open preferences. No sign-up or setup account required. YOUR DATA Chat processing happens in your browser. BetterKick has no analytics or user-data backend. Preferences may sync through your browser account; emote providers receive the network information needed to serve emotes. Export or import your settings whenever you need a backup. BetterKick runs only on Kick and its explicitly listed emote providers. It contains no ad blocker or telemetry and does not request notifications, background alarms, request-header modification, browser history, cookies, tabs, or all-sites access.
