I love that it works for everything it needs to work with, but I think it's quite a nuisance to have to open it up and apply the filter to every single new site I go to. It would be nice if you would have the option to apply it to none, a select few, or all sites (or have the option to whitelist and blacklist some sites for this extension), so that you could still have the option to choose which websites' fonts you want to overwrite and which you don't, but I personally want all websites I go...
