Twitch-style theater mode for YouTube. Press T and the video fills your browser window no fullscreen, your tabs stay visible with a single right-hand column for recommendations or live chat. WHAT IT DOES • Full-viewport theater: replaces YouTube's height-capped theater mode. Scroll down for the title, description, and comments as usual. • Twitch-style sidebar: switch between recommendations and live chat (on streams), or close it for edge-to-edge video. The video resizes — nothing ever covers it. • Hidden search bar: the YouTube header slides away. Hover the top edge or scroll down to bring it back; the sidebar buttons move out of its way automatically. • Ambient glow: YouTube's Ambient Mode glow, unclipped and boosted, framing the video. Toggle it with the sun button. (Needs dark theme + Ambient Mode; YouTube provides no glow on livestreams.) • Plays nice with YouTube: closing chat with YouTube's own ✕ closes the sidebar too. Leave theater mode and YouTube is completely stock. HOW TO USE • Press T (or the theater button in the player) on any video or stream. • Use the buttons at the video's top-right corner: recommendations, live chat, ambient glow. Click the active one to close the sidebar. • Set your default sidebar in the extension popup. PRIVACY No tracking, no analytics, no external requests.
