Better Open and Close Tabs

Overview

Don't close pinned tabs on cmd-W. Open and close tabs in predictable way.

This extension will prevent pinned tabs from being closed when using the Cmd-W shortcut. Also, Sometimes chrome does weird stuff when closing tabs to pick which next tab will be active. This keeps it simple and always activates the tab to the right of the tab you are closing.
