Theatre mode, cleaner channel and more QoL improvements

Settings page finally released! Now you can turn off features you don't want. Adds theatre mode to mixer.com. You can toggle the theatre mode with a button or with 'T' key. Changes the look of chat to look more similar to Twitch. Sub only chat. Moe QoL improvements coming soon.
