Better ManageBac

Make ManageBac yours: themes, photo and video backgrounds, custom colors, and saved tasks.

Give your ManageBac workspace a look that works for you. Mix six visual styles with your color theme: atmospheric Aurora and Prism, spacious Gallery, editorial Journal, bold Arcade, or a dashboard task Board. Build your own palette with a hue control and matching light/dark surfaces. Choose from 36 themes, including ten families with their own paired light and dark palettes. Studio, Folio, Cove and Mineral also shape typography, panel corners and spacing; six quiet families add restrained color combinations for comfortable reading. Follow your device’s light/dark preference. Add your own photo or muted looping video, then adjust its crop, dimming, tint and blur. Tune text size, spacing and panel opacity. Keep important calendar items in a local Saved list. Use personal completion markers to track progress, and check Upcoming tasks from the Chrome toolbar. These controls do not submit schoolwork or change school records. Group upcoming work into Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 days and Later. Search by title or focus on due-soon and overdue work. When the calendar provides a safe link, open the original item on the same school site. Common daily and weekly recurring calendar events are shown within a bounded window. Edit personal tasks and give them a subject, due date, priority and note. Export a separate saved-task backup, preview its contents and selected destination, then restore without carrying school addresses, account IDs or calendar links. A compatibility report shows whether page styling, task controls and the calendar are available without copying assignment or account details. Export appearance settings with an optional uploaded photo or video, preview a backup before restoring, or pause styling on a single page while keeping your theme elsewhere. A short first-install guide helps you get started. Reopen it any time from Help & setup. Choose Original to return to ManageBac’s native appearance. This is an independent extension, not affiliated with ManageBac or Faria Education Group. Student-page coverage varies by school and module. A ManageBac account is required. Calendar subscriptions depend on what your school provides. No AI features, analytics or developer-operated backend are included.
