Improve usability of GitHub PR, issue, and other pages

Better GitHub is inspired by Refined GitHub, refined github feature sets are just too big, better github keeps only a small set of features that are truly effective and noticeable. Simple, open source, no analytics, no tracking or telemetry, all data stays local. Requires a GitHub API token with repo scope for some features. **Features:** • PR Branch Names — Show source branch next to each PR title. Click to copy. • PR Review Status — Show review thread resolution (resolved/unresolved) on the PR list. • PR Label Position — Move labels to the front of PR titles for better scanning. • PR Approve Now — Quick approval shortcut in the Reviewers sidebar. • PR Collapse/Expand — Collapse or expand file tree and file diffs on PR pages. • Default Sort by Updated — Sort PR and issue lists by recently updated. • Releases Tab — Add a Releases tab to the repository navigation bar. • Commit Tags — Show git tags as badges on the commits list page. • Recent Commit Color — Highlight recent commits with color based on age. • Watch/Fork/Star Popup — Hover over counts to preview user lists.
