Indicate PR status with colored favicons

More often than not, pull requests opened on Github have external services analyzing the code - making sure the tests pass, that style guides are enforced, and other goodies like that. Now, you can see at a glance the status of each pull request. The favicon of each tab will change colors to indicate whether CI is passing on the pull request.
