Better FIS is a browser extension for the FIS Ski Jumping live results webpage. It introduces dozens of small quality-of-life improvements as well as a few highly useful tweaks (all toggleable). For example, it predicts a jumper's rank and total points (with gray color coding) the moment the distance and judge points are provided. Once all required judge points are confirmed, the prediction is updated by changing the color to green (or one of the top 3 color palettes), to indicate that it is 100% accurate. Legend cover: 1&2: Spoiled result (points and rank) with color coding. (In this case silver, to indicate 2nd place). Appears gray when we have the first judge score and distance, turns green (or one of the top 3 colors) when we have all required judge scores. 20-40 seconds faster than the official results. 3: Difference to 1st place. 4: The point difference to the athlete one rank above. 5: Round points rankings. 6: Distance rankings. 7: Judge points rankings. 8: Wind compensation rankings (lower is better). 9: Speed rankings. 10: Deficit to previous round leader. 11: Starting order numbers (Often different from BIBs). 12: Worst rank possible, if every jumper left were to overtake you. 13: Speed ranking for current athlete. 14: Judge points ranking for current athlete. 15: Distance ranking for current athlete. 16: Wind compensation ranking for current athlete. 17: Previous round(s) advantage over current leader, for the specific athletes the number is next to. 18: 95% of Hill SIze and K-point info 19: Removed the ticker text scrolling animation, to make it easier and fatser to read. 20: Indicator of how many athletes are yet to jump. 21: Setting page 22: Info page 23: BetterFIS logo, to indicate you are using the extension. 24: An aditional feature, exclusive to mobile. (Explained in the image) There is also an option to set the site refresh interval to 750ms (compared to the usual 2000ms) to get data faster.
