New Tab Page — Free Forever — DopaNudge

A calm, customizable new tab with tasks, links, themes, optional Chrome Sync, and local-first privacy. Free forever.

Make each new tab a calm place to plan, focus and take a small next step. DopaNudge brings your links, bigger tasks, small steps, a focus timer and a daily garden into one customizable workspace. Free forever; no account is required for the local tools. Your language and colors Choose from 22 interface languages: English, Turkish, German, French, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Azerbaijani, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Bengali, Portuguese, Indonesian, Urdu, Russian, Japanese, Nigerian Pidgin, Marathi, Vietnamese, Telugu, Swahili and Hausa. Arabic and Urdu support right-to-left layout. New installations ask you to choose a language. Updating preserves your existing language, theme, custom colors and saved work. Choose from 11 preset themes, including Ocean, Lavender, Rose and Slate, or create your own colors. Links and tasks, your way - Create, name, reorder and search manual link groups. - Optionally display selected Chrome bookmark folders or explicitly save manual links to Chrome bookmarks. - Optionally display most-visited and recently visited pages, with separate permission controls. - Keep bigger tasks and small steps side by side. Complete, undo and review your work in a local activity history. - Use a separate focus-timer window, daily garden and water counter. - Export and import your workspace as JSON, or save a readable Markdown activity log to a folder you choose. - Copy bundled Golden Prompts into your own AI conversation. The extension does not contact an AI service. A pause before scrolling Enable Urge Break only on sites you choose. The pause screen shows up to 12 open small steps and an estimate of your active time on that site today. Choose a task to see Nudgie, your selected next step and a one-minute movement break. Start now becomes available after 30 seconds and closes that tab when you are ready; it does not complete the task for you. You can also choose a five-minute look, available once every two hours, or continue without a penalty. Site-time measurements and task text stay on your device. Two separate optional connections Google and Chrome Sync: optional Google sign-in shows the connected email address locally. Chrome Sync can carry supported settings, layout and manual link groups through Google's sync infrastructure. Tasks, notes, activity history, water, permissions and local-folder access are excluded. DopaNudge account points: optionally connect your DopaNudge account to share eligible event points with DopaNudge web, Android and Windows. Completing a small step earns 100 account points. Choosing a task in Urge Break earns 20 points, and an eligible five-minute look earns 1 point. Leave me alone does not deduct points in this extension. Account points are separate from your local garden. Old completions are added only if you explicitly choose to import them. Account syncing sends event identifiers, type, time and choices. It does not send task text, notes, visited site addresses or measured site time. Checkpoint events also include the chosen category/outcome, a 30-second duration and time zone. A local queue retains undelivered events. Permissions you control Only storage is required. Bookmarks, favicon, sessions, topSites, history, identity, identity.email and HTTPS site access are optional and requested for the feature you enable. Urge Break uses scripting and access to chosen sites to display its pause screen. Connecting a DopaNudge account uses identity and access to dopanudge.com. Declining optional permissions leaves the local workspace usable. No remote executable code, tracking SDK or personalized advertising. Footer developer notes link to DopaNudge and OguzErol.com. Public notes and release metadata may be requested without user content; hosting providers receive ordinary connection metadata. Chrome manages extension updates.
