BEMS Lite is a Chrome overlay to Cisco's CLIP service. BEMS Lite leverages APIs to streamline workflows for BEMS (Business Escalation Management System) ticket classification, organization, assignment, case research as well as history management. The goal of BEMS Lite is to avoid unnecessary clicks and delay when interfacing with the CLIP service and the automation built-in offers a 2-3x productivity gain. The audience for BEMS Lite is Cisco employees who are in customer facing roles and have a business interest for issue tracking and resolution of BEMS. As a user of BEMS Lite to ensure customer data protection you will need to be logged onto a Cisco network to be able to leverage CLIP services and BEMS Lite.
