Regain control of your Chrome tab notifications and Twitch clipboard

Suppresses the StreamLabs notification bell, stopping it from being a distraction. Handy for live streamers (eg on Twitch) who find the notifications a bit too pushy and would prefer to look at them at their leisure. Also tweaks the copy-to-clipboard of Twitch chat, making it more chat-like.
