confirmation of cancellation

I had subscribed to your service through https://appforlanguage.com/, but I would like to cancel my subscription. invisible subtitle

My sub are invisible on netflix and when i click on extension to choose languages, it indicate desactivate for below subtitle and above subtitle without any other proposition.

Problems with Netflix

I just installed the full version. Unfortunately, as with the free version, it only works reliably in Youtube.
With Netflix, the app works only once in a while, mostly there is no translation at all.
