I primarily shop online and having the extra incentives is always a help. I love how easy it is to access the cash back and apply it to my purchases. I also love that it gives different cashback options to the other leading ones that have been slacking on the incentives of late. If I had to name one issue, it's that there is no app to be able to use it on my phone. I have to wait until I get to my computer and I've missed out on a few items or sales that way.
